Paolo Zotta is a well-known personal trainer with years of elite experience and is also the Co-founder of Acrovibes. His way of training is unique and unconventional with a fusion of different disciplines held together by his passion and creativity in continuous evolution. He even trained American supermodel and entrepreneur, Karlie Kloss, during Milan Fashion Week.
Acrovibes was launched with his friend, Alessandra Zavattarelli. Their project took advantage of Paolo’s skills in the field of fitness and Alessandra’s expertise in digital communication. After months of training and study, a deepening of synergies with other disciplines and an intense Yoga Alliance teacher training with Deva Yoga Mynd School, Acrovibes became a new training model that offers lessons, workshops, trainings and live performances.
MV ASKS: WHEN DID YOUR FITNESS CAREER START?
I was an agonistic boxer for 15 years. When I stopped fighting I started training differently from the way I have been my whole life; I wanted to get back in charge of my body. From that moment on the path began as a student and a trainer.
MV ASKS: WHAT IS YOUR DAILY FITNESS ROUTINE?
My routine is not having routines! I always change the way I train integrating different disciplines:
- Thai boxing
- Functional training
- Calisthenics and much more.
MV ASKS: TALK US THROUGH YOUR TRAINING WITH KARLIE KLOSS, HOW DID YOU CONSTRUCT HER FITNESS SCHEDULE?
Karlie needed to train while in Milan for fashion week. I created a combination of workouts that would allow her to conserve energy while at work and release tension at the end of the day. Functional training sessions in the morning and then discharge with yoga in the afternoon/evening.
MV ASKS: WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE TRAINING EXPERIENCE SO FAR AND WHY?
A week spent at Nike’s ‘Just Do It’ Headquarters this summer in Los Angeles. It involved training sessions with international athletes, several experienced colleagues in the industry and recovery sessions with the latest technology of movement.
MV ASKS: WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU SHARE WITH TRAINEES TO STAY MOTIVATED?
Always change the way you train so that you don’t fall into a boring routine.
MV ASKS: DESCRIBE YOUR SUGGESTIVE DIET PLAN FOR FASHION MODELS?
- Do not skip meals.
- Eat fresh healthy food like proteins, good fats, seasonal vegetables, and fruit in moderation.
- Dried fruit snacks make for a quick and easy bite.
- Avoid sugars and drink lots of water!
MV ASKS: WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 5 FITNESS TIPS FOR ASPIRING FASHION MODELS TRAINING IN 2019?
- Eat enough to support your workouts.
- Be consistent (workout at least 3 times a week).
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
- Stay hydrated.
- Have fun!

It was definitely the atmosphere that was in the air during the last night of the event, it was amazing being able to meet all the different talent and motivate all the models who participated.

I’m always working on new projects and 2019 will be rich! I’ll be traveling a lot and hope that a traveling training clinic will take shape.
