The show & collection
The theme of the show was a tropical paradise, bursting with colour and perfectly well-suited for a Spring/Summer collection. Roberta looked to Californian skate culture of the seventies and eighties for inspiration, creating a fun, colour pool of sequins, prints and beads.
The whole show translated into an eye-catching collection of lovable designs that everyone wanted. Some of these popular pieces included bomber jackets with Einer’s staple compose of contrasting patches of fabric and colour.
“Who could resist dreaming with these tropical vibes?”
The collection was paired with an exclusive collaboration with sneaker brand Vans, featuring their iconic shoes elaborately embellished with Swarovski beading and hand-made motifs. Jean-Michael Basquiat's work and the 70s and 80s skate culture were both used as inspiration and the shoes proved very popular with invitees.
