For a special October feature this month we have not ONE, not TWO, but THREE MV Babes to watch - Annabell, Sara and Zsanett. We got in touch with our MV members to find out what their ultimate modelling tips are, learn some of their life stories and discover more about their blog "The 4 of Us".
WHAT IS "THE 4 OF US"?
"The 4 of Us" is a lifestyle blog run by these three European models. They are all represented by modelling agency MOT and have done many high profile campaigns, editorials and TV commercials including for the likes of L'Oréal, Headmasters UK, Clinique, Adidas, Coca Cola, Wella, GHD, Revlon, Marie Claire, Vogue, Rimmel London, Lexus, and Links of London.
It is safe to say that with their long term modelling history, they've learned a lot along the way. That's why the models decided to join forces to share their experiences on their blog.
But who is the fourth member? Read on to find out 😉.

A BIT ABOUT SARA

MV Asks: WHAT WAS YOUR MAIN GOAL BEHIND YOUR BLOG "THE 4 OF US"?
THE 4 OF US:
Originally when we first talked about starting a blog together, we had no idea it would grow to become what we have achieved today.
We were mainly all wanting to do something creative, get our modelling work out there, and also have a good excuse to explore new places in London where we normally wouldn't go. None of us grew up in the UK and most of our friends live in other countries.
The blog was the perfect opportunity to do social things together and meet new people who are also based in London, at the same time creating something we all love, being productive and bring our own expertise in all at ones.
MV Asks: SO...WHO IS THE 4TH MEMBER?
The 4 OF US:
The 4th member is always someone related to the industry. The role is to bring in a bit of freshness to our content, so every month it’s someone new.
Each guest blogger has their own story and interesting professions that we believe our readers would find interesting. Most of our guests are either people we already knew, or they’ve been recommended to us by a friend or past guests, or approached us directly.
MV Asks: WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 6 CASTING TIPS FOR NEW MODELS?
THE 4 OF US:
1. Be on time 😉
2. Try not to forget your model portfolio + set cards (We all started using the iPad so it's less to carry around when running around for castings)
3. Bring a book or magazine due to long waiting times
4. Be yourself and believe in yourself
5. Speak loud and confident, especially when you are being filmed for a TV-Commercial audition
6. Smile, if the casting or audition didn't go well. Never mind there will be more coming along your way ☺️
MV Asks: WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR ULTIMATE MODELLING EXPERIENCE TO DATE?
THE 4 OF US:
This is a difficult one, as we have all had so many very different experiences during our years of modelling. But we are all sitting together now talking about this whilst writing, and we all agree that our recent shoot together for Headmasters is probably one of the best modelling experiences we have had.
The reason for this is that our involvement was more than just being models. Although ultimately it was of course Headmasters who made the final decisions with this campaign, we were still a lot more involved in the process than we would have been on a normal modelling job.
All of their window posters say: 'modelled by THE 4 OF US', so by putting our name on this naturally gave us more of an active role.
MV Asks: WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST MOMENT AS MV MODEL MEMBERS?
THE 4 OF US:
Sara and Annabell recently used the 'Explore' side of the Model Village app for the first time a few weeks ago when we met up with fellow MV Babe Victoria. We visited a very stylish restaurant in central London called Ping Pong, where we enjoyed some champagne, dim sum and super yummy baos.
This was a lovely experience, and we can't wait experience more through the Model Village app ☺️.
