The 5th anniversary of London Fashion Week Men's has just come to an end. Taking place from Thursday 8th to Monday 12th June, this season's edition saw some new men's collections set to set Spring and Summer 2018 on fire!
Vivienne Westwood SS18
Model Village was honoured to be a part of this season's Men's Fashion Week, by being invited to Vivienne Westwood's show on Monday 12th June. All the creations and make up were carefully thought around a circus theme, with each element representing one of the four symbols of a pack of cards. At the end of the show, Vivienne Westwood herself was lifted out on the runway on an acrobat's shoulders into a sea of praise and clapping. What a legend, what a show!
MV Babe Rudie McCree at Edward Crutchley SS18
MV Babe Rudie McCree (@rudiemccree) was also a part of Men's Fashion Week, walking for designer Edward Crutchley at the Ironmongers hall on Friday 9th June. As always, she looks amazing wearing an over sized suit in wool and mohair woven in Yorkshire (where else!) and a cotton jacquard crop top based on doctors scrubs.
Edward Crutchley uses an innate knowledge of artisanal textile techniques from around the world to create pieces that are a reflection of true contemporary luxury.
