LEGS

 

25 squats

50 lungs

10 jump squats

25 calf raises

 

ARMS

 

15 push ups

20 tricep dips

50 arm circle forward/backward

 

ABS

 

30 seconds plank on hands

30 second plank on forarms

50 bcycle crunches

25 ful sit ups or 15 plank walk ups

 

CARDIO

 

15 burpies

30 second high knees

1 min mountain climbers
