TURN UP THE HEAT Hot yoga has been around for a while, but Hot Pod Yoga is taking the workout to the next level in terms of convenience. It is vinyasa flow yoga in 37 degree heat, but in a portable blow-up tent that pops up across London or comes to your office. There is no excuse for not finding the time now…

It is essentially a high energy circuit class, but it uses an isokinetic free motion bar, which only moves and responds the amount of force you apply to it. Throughout the class you’re connected to a heart-rate monitor, which displays your stats to the trainer and the rest of the class. It sounds daunting, but it encourages you to push in harder.
